Returns:


All returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which must appear on the box exterior.
No returns after 30 days, unless it is a warranted item.

The purchaser shall pay shipping charges for defective products returned unless other conditions are agreed on by both parties.
Shipping errors, shortages & damaged orders must be reported within 5 business days of receiving.
Orders that were incorrectly ordered by customer or special orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge or the amount the manufacturer charges whichever is greater.
